The staff were super nice and always there to help. My room was clean and had a comfy vibe. Nice surprise with the balcony, felt cozy! Bathroom was all good with a gr8 shower.
It was a bit noisy outside at times, and i wish the breakfast could've had more options. The place felt a little cramped.

The hotel was convenient, the staff were friendly. There were it's own balcony and coffee in the room, loved that. Private bathroom was clean. It was in the very central location to the breakfast area never looked up.

By and large, it was lovely place with very welcoming staff at the reception desk.

This place was just a good match for a quick stop in London that didn't cost too much. The friendly staff member who checked us in made our arrival easy despite the hotel's age showing. Consider stowing your bags at the station if you arrive early.

A quiet hotel, my first choice in London. Perfect place for discovering London with welcoming staff at the reception desk. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Warm family king room with beautiful sunset views, family atmosphere. Brilliant location at a walking distance from an anglo-catholic church. Very close to a bus stop, pretty quiet area.

We enjoyed this place, as it was the best hotel. The property was fairly clean with great staff at the reception desk. Being very close to a bus stop was a bonus.

Great location near public transport.
Shower curtain made the bathroom feel cramped.

Location near Kings Cross provides easy access to transportation options. The simplicity of having nearby restaurants and pubs can be a plus for grabbing a quick bite or drink after a day out.
Rooms feel cramped, with some awkward layouts. The lack of adequate heating caused uncomfortable temperatures on arrival. The absence of a bar or dining facilities on-site means relying on takeout for meals, which can be inconvenient, especially for solo travelers. It's tough to settle in if you're constantly worried about lacking basic comforts.

central location and being close to everything
well it was a very small room and even the smaller bathroom :). However it is what it is for the price in the middle of London

proximity to King's Cross, easy access to transport, nearby attractions
Rooms could use a serious upgrade to avoid that tired, worn feeling!!! Stains on furnishings and strong chemical odors just aren't appealing!!! It would be wise to enhance cleanliness and ensure a more comfortable environment!!!

Value for money location
It stated clearly free wifi is available at public areas but there is only one computer with landline. The toilet is too small even for Asian girl. It is not recommend to stay if you have big luggages and stay at rooms upstairs.

That it was a short one. There is no way I'll go back there
The room was dirty, there were flies in the bed and the bathroom was old and gross. They did not make the bed, just put the covers up. The sheets and the bedspread were very old and dirty. It was just disgusting.
